After 32 years of crafting healing experiences, I finally created a home for them. I never felt the need for one before—always cherished being solely “mobile” & offering my wellness experiences in epic retreat centers & hotels—until now. This organically manifested…& feels so right at this time in my life!

I experienced first-hand the power of holistic healing…

I started Mellow Mommy in 2003, as a new mom—utilizing my massage background to help cope with the challenges of motherhood…and helping other mamas along the way. What started as an infant massage class, grew into a full-fledged prenatal wellness program, supporting hundreds of beautiful couples over the years.

Holistic Healing was and STILL IS a huge part of my recovery + journey… helping reduce daily anxiety and strengthen connection. It is my calling…assisting others as I learn for myself.

It’s a work in progress, evolving as my life unfolds. Now, as an empty nester, on a new venture…my mission remains unchanged—

helping folks stay “Mellow, Aligned & on a Purposeful Path.”
